Purée d’avocat / Avocado mash

INGRÉDIENTS / INGREDIENTS

1. Perfectly ripe avocado, peeled, pitted, and cut into large chunks

1. Tablespoon fresh lime juice

pinch kosher salt

PRÉPARATION / INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the avocado in a medium bowl and mash it with a fork until it has a desired texture
  2. Add the lime juice and salt in the bowl with mashed avocado. Mash again and taste the mash. If it needs a pinch more salt or a squeeze more lime juice, add it and then taste again. 

Ready to serve! You can dip it with some celery stalks, carrots or toasted bread
